Refund Terms:
It is our company policy to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
No refunds will be offered once the garments have been embroidered or screen printed unless the garment is faulty. Items must be in original packaging and not worn, laundered, altered in any way or personalised.
If, for any reason, a refund is sought the customer is responsible for contacting A Uniform Choice via phone, mail or email and clearly explain what the problem is within 14 days of receipt of the goods. An authorization number will be issued and this must accompany the returned goods as well as a copy of the relevant invoice number.
The Purchaser shall be responsible for all charges and costs incurred in the return of goods. If the goods are faulty the postage will be refunded by A Uniform Choice.
