otherwise be binding on ‘A Uniform Choice’ to the extent

Orders:
Orders
shall only be processed once payment has been made.
Cancellations
must be received via phone or emailed within 2 days of the order or
no refund will be offered and the customer will be sent their order.
Customers will be notified of any unavailable stock and will be given the choice of either a refund or a backorder of the missing items.
A Uniform Choice is not in any way legally liable for any goods ( orders ) NOT arriving at any destination on a due date.
